Welcome to Yalla Yalla Egypt Tours. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, www.yallayallaegypttours.com, and the services we provide, including booking tours, excursions, and travel services across Egypt.

 

By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.

1. Bookings & Payments

- All bookings must be made via our website or through an authorized agent.

- A deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking (details provided at checkout).

- Prices are listed in GBP, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card/American Express/ Visa/Mastercard card.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations made at least 48 Hours in advance will be eligible for a refund.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost to cover transport and logistical arrangements.

- Cancellations made prior to this window are eligible for a full refund.

- No-shows are non-refundable.

- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

 

3. Booking Modifications

- To modify a booking, contact us at least 48 Hours prior to the scheduled tour.

- We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

- Changes may be subject to additional fees.

 

4. Tour Conditions

- Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, safety concerns, or local regulations.

- We are not liable for changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).

- Participants must follow the instructions of our tour guides for safety and enjoyment.

 

5. Travel Requirements & Insurance

- Guests are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and other travel documents.

- We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost items.

- All our guides are licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism.

- All vehicles used are insured and registered with the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

- Yalla Yalla Egypt Tours is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss unless due to our proven negligence.

- Some tours may involve physical activity; guests should assess their fitness beforehand.

 

7. Website Usage

- You agree not to use our website for illegal purposes.

- All website content is the intellectual property of Yalla Yalla Egypt Tours and cannot be used without permission.

 

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy].

 

9. Governing Law
